My graphic identity is created from honey. A substance so valuable that one individual honey bee works her entire life to create 1/12 of a teaspoon. Honey starts viscous and crystallizes as it ages but it can return to its viscous state with warmth.

Many types of bees make honey, not only honey bees. Some make enough to feed themselves through winter, some only for the one summer they are alive. We are temporary beings but the things we make can outlive us.

Honey is the most valuable substance in the world, using its malleability and value to create my identity represents my investment in and commitment to making my mark on the world through design.
